The Wealth Design Center consists of legal, tax and business professionals with more than 50 years of combined experience in the areas of estate and wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, and the review and analysis of life insurance. The founding principal members of The Wealth Design Center include:

Christopher G. Carpenter has more than nineteen years of industry experience planning for the affluent market. Chris specializes in wealth transfer, executive compensation, and business succession plans providing sophisticated analysis, design strategies, and technical solutions that incorporate financial, insurance, legal, and tax considerations. Chris is widely published in professional publications and is frequently a public speaker on executive benefits and estate planning topics. Prior to forming Provident Consulting, Chris was an Advanced Marketing Consultant with ING Security Life, Senior Design Analyst for a premier estate and business succession planning firm, as well as an Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank.

Wayne W. Kollas, Founder and President of Wayne W. Kollas, Inc. brings over 35 years of business and insurance experience to the table. For the past 25 years he and his staff have provided independent consulting to individuals, businesses and other professionals. Wayne provides services in the areas of business continuation planning, executive benefits, retirement planning, estate planning, wealth transfer and insurance. Wayne also offers a variety of specialized compensation programs and retirement plans for members of the banking industry. These programs provide innovative solutions to bank executive, director and employee compensation challenges. Finally, Wayne regularly provides consultative services to Attorneys, CPAs, Trust Officers and other professionals in the areas of business continuation, executive benefits, complex estate planning and insurance.
